Vacant riverfront lot comes on the market, ready for a luxury home
May 28, 2015 | Richard Sites
Zillow is reporting today that one of the last vacant riverfront lots has come on the market at $1,200,000 and is being sold by the owner. The lot, located in Lands End, is sandwiched between the railroad tracks and the Loxahatchee River but offers spectacular river views and access to the ocean. There are just 8 home sites in this community.
This section of the river was one of the last to be developed but new homes here sold quickly when they came on the market. It is also diagonally across the Jupiter Inlet from our famous lighthouse.
You might consider this location if you want to build a custom house in a private location but don’t want to pay the $3 million required to live on Pennock Point. While the home sites there are larger, so is the sales price.
