Trump moves into the luxury Jupiter real estate market
June 22, 2015 | Richard Sites
Donald Trump began his move into the Jupiter area by purchasing the Ritz-Carlton in Jupiter from Marriott. This choice location, next to The Bear’s Club, was the location for estate homes and fractional ownership residences wrapped around a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course.
Now, he has moved into listing and selling these luxury homes. His Trump International Realty has listed one of the eight homes currently on the market in the community.
Let’s face it, there is a tremendous amount of “upselling” or “upgrading” to the home when one of these properties changes hands so there is no reason Trump should not participate. I would suspect they also have a list of approved vendors and craftsman to do work on the residences since they want to maintain high standards.
And every Trump property I have been to has been exquisitely and tastefully done.
