The Fresh Market in Jupiter is a big hit
May 2, 2015 | Richard Sites
There is certainly a trend toward eating better and perhaps more organically grown food. The discussion over GMO food has caused people to focus even more on what they’re eating. As a result we’ve seen it rise in places like Whole Foods and the Publix chain of Greenwise stores. But up until recently, residents of Jupiter have had to travel to Palm Beach Gardens to visit these two stores.
Now they have access to much higher quality food without leaving Jupiter at The Fresh Market. TFM is open on Indiantown Road near the bridge over the Intracoastal waterway. It is directly across from the north entrance to Jonathan’s Landing and close to Admirals Cove. Inside your final selections of all sorts of fresh foods and prepared options. Take a look at this video.
Although TFM does not offer quite as many organically grown foods as Whole Foods you still have plenty of choices to improve your diet. They also offer prepared selections so the business attracts people who view it more like a big city deli than a health food emporium.
You have a choice of three “bars”; salad, olives and seafood, where you can mix and match as you see fit. And then, grab a $1 cup of coffee and sit outside where the tables are strategically located to catch our SE ocean breeze. Unfortunately, TFM has not seen fit to provide recycling bins for the plastics used, a topic I have mentioned to them since they first opened, unlike Whole Foods.
If you need a little jolt of java, you can get a free sample of coffee to sip while browsing and as a result of all this, TFM is usually packed.
