Affordability is a problem according to Jack McCabe, CEO of McCabe Research […]

Jupiter Farms, a semi-rural area west of Jupiter, has about 5,000 homes on properties from 1 acre to 20 acres. Since it was originally built 40 years ago, there are all sorts of home styles and price points here. Many people in Jupiter are not too familiar with the gated community of North Fork.  North Fork is one of 5 communities that occupy the space behind The Shores of Jupiter.   North Fork, like The Shores and other neighborhoods in this area, has streets lined with oaks near 20 years old. Newer communities don’t have this so the shady streets are one of the main attractions here.

Jupiter Farms is a 16 square mile area west of the Town of Jupiter where homes are situated on 1.25 acres or more.  Here, no restrictive HOA covenants dictate what you can and cannot do, so Jupiter Farms means freedom! As the market for Jupiter homes has heated up again, there is little land left where you can build. Except in Jupiter Farms and new construction is everywhere. The house above is typical of new construction out here.  These homes are typically about 2,000 square feet with 3 bedrooms and […]
