New homes are going up everywhere around Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens.  Massive projects like Alton, by Kolter, are bringing thousands of new residents to the area.  Even small parcels are being developed, like Shores Pointe, where 31 homes are going up. DiVosta is building close to 300 lakefront homes at Sonoma Isles west of the Town of Jupiter.  So you have infinite possibilities around here right now with prices starting in the mid-$600,000’s.  So, what is the problem? Sonoma Isles, the latest Jupiter development by DiVosta homes, continues to expand their sales operation with the release of 4 additional home sites.  The picture below shows the latest spots available and note the number of lake properties on the site. Alton: New homes by Kolter in Palm Beach Gardens

New homes are going up on every available parcel of land in Jupiter, Tequesta and Palm Beach Gardens.  Toll Brothers, Kolter, CalAtlantic, Divosta, Lennar, Pulte…they are all building in the Jupiter area. The largest new development by far is Alton, by Kolter.  There will be 2,500 homes when completed and the project is located on the north side of the Gardens across from Abacoa. Divosta is hosting a grand opening at Sonoma Isles on the west side of Jupiter today.  Located on the north side of Indiantown Road, nearly 300 homes are being built on lakes and near the Jupiter County Club golf course and clubhouse.  Jupiter Country Club is a Toll Brothers community of new estate and carriage homes. But Sonoma Isles is not your only choice in new construction. New homes are springing up everywhere around Jupiter.  Lennar is building the final homes in Rialto on the west side of town.  Further west, Divosta homes is starting sales on Sonoma Isles where about 300 homes will go up.   In addition, there are several other communities going up between here and Palm Beach Gardens.  But sometimes, new construction may not be the best choice.  Here are some of my thoughts on the subject.
