Sonoma Isles: Ready for sale

Sonoma Isles is a new estate home community in western Jupiter by DiVosta Homes. These homes offer comfortable, easy living with floorplans that are “consumer inspired”. Since DiVosta is owned by Pulte, the homes are built and backed by Pulte Group, one of the nation’s largest builders of single family homes.
Located where the Florida Turnpike and I-95 meet Indiantown Road (SR 706), the site is directly across the street from the Toll Brothers development of Jupiter Country Club. The location provides easy access to our major highways and this is the only spot in Palm Beach County where the two highways have exits side by side. So no matter which one you need to use for your commute, access will be quick.
Sonoma Isles offers eight open, spacious designs that blend function & beauty. All floorplans include great rooms, eating areas, 2 1/2-3 car garages and more. The community’s appeal includes: beautiful landscaping, a community swimming pool & recreation area, cabana, tennis court, and scenic pristine lake views.
Of course, the fabulous Jupiter beach is just a 10 minute drive to the east. Our schools are great and the crime rate is very low.
The property is populated with large lakes so nearly all the homes offer impressive waterfront views. The first homes are well on their way and are ready for buyers to pick out their interior finishes.
DiVosta is known for allowing little flexibility when picking one of their homes. In other DiVosta communities like Lake Catherine, even exterior color changes were not allowed. However, Sonoma Isles homes are estate homes priced from the mid-$600,000’s so there may be more latitude than allowed in his smaller homes like The Bluffs and The Hamptons.
Jupiter new homes in ANY community now start in the mid-$600’s even though the average price for the 50 new listings that came to market this past weekend was $550,000. So, if you are planning to spend less than $600,000 on a home for sale in Jupiter, you will have to pick a resale.
