Sonoma Isles: New homes by Divosta in Jupiter, Fl
May 29, 2015 | Richard Sites
New homes in Jupiter are springing up everywhere. Developments that were started a few years ago are now nearly sold out. The building market is hot, not just for expensive spec homes in places like the Loxahatachee River and Admirals Cove, but in expansive new developments at prices from about $600,000 to around $3 million.
Divosta homes, a longtime and reputable builder in this area, has scooped up a tract of land formerly known as Parcel 19 on the north side of Indiantown Road (SR 706) across from the Jupiter Country Club and on the west side of the Town of Jupiter. Here they are building Sonoma Isles, formerly known as Lakewood.
Sonoma Isles is located next to the Jupiter exits from both the Florida Turnpike and I-95 so commuting will be a breeze. Jupiter is the only spot in the county where both highways have exits side by side.
There will be about 300 new homes in Sonoma Isles, along with some commercial/retail spaces and a small, research facilities. I’m certain that given the hot market, the always desirable Divosta name and the location in Jupiter this community will sell out very quickly. Prices will start in the mid-$600’s.
There are plenty of other Divosta homes in specific neighborhoods although you can’t search for these communities on the Internet unless you know which ones they are. If you are seeking only a Divosta home, use the form below to send me a short note with your needs and I’ll point you in the right direction.
