Seminole Landing is a private enclave of mostly waterfront estate homes located on the ocean in North Palm Beach. Juno Beach lies just to the north while Captain’s Key and Lost Tree Village lie to the south. Homes for sale in Seminole Landing are not affiliated with the Seminole Golf Club even though they share the same guarded entrance.
Since there are only a few homes in here not many come on the market. When they do, they are usually priced between $2 million and $8 million dollars. Homes directly on the ocean may run as high as $12 million dollars.
There is no mandatory club membership but there is an HOA and the dues at this time are $525 per month.
