Old Palm Golf Club is Raymond Floyd’s legacy golf club in Palm Beach Gardens. It is located near other clubs like PGA National, Mirasol and BallenIsles.
Only 294 homes dot the fairways where the average sale price is about $2.5 million. New homes are still under construction with prices between $1 – $2 million. Some of the largest and most expensive homes in the area are located on Tillinghast Circle deep within the community where estate home prices range as high as $12 million.

Club membership is limited to 330 members so there are no tee times, just head out onto the course when you feel like it. Membership will run $175,000 and of course, is mandatory. Many pro golfers have called Old Palm home.
