Old Marsh is a unique club community of just 186 homes spread over the former Lewis Ranch, 456-acre parcel of pristine marshes and stately upland pines tucked away on the western side of Palm Beach Gardens.
Old Marsh is often called a “purist club” similar to Old Palm, The Loxahatchee Club or Jupiter Hills. Quiet and understated, members revel in the historic feel of the clubhouse complete with collection of historic golf clubs.
Old Marsh prides itself on having obtained the status of “Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary”, which is a program of Audubon International. Every element of the course is uniquely compatible with the natural environment surrounding the golf course whose drainage system allows no irrigation water to be drained into the environmentally pure marshes or wetlands. Tranquil, pristine and natural are all words that describe Old Marsh.
Like most clubs in the area membership is mandatory and is $95,000.

Should you use a professional real estate agent in your next deal or do you just need someone to open doors? This question gets constant review as we lean more and more on technology, machine learning and AI for answers. You can get any of these “assistants” to help you by simply saying “OK Google” or “Hey Siri” (except that doesn’t work on my iPhone) or on the latest Pixel 2 by just squeezing the phone. But let’s take a look at some of the advantages a professional can offer. […]
In 2008, Obama was elected due largely to his ability to connect with voters using social media and email. Last year, Trump was elected using the same techniques. Do they know something you don’t or is there something we could learn from them about successfully selling? Let’s talk about it.
