North Palm estate offers 213 feet of waterfront for $3.7 million

One of the most overlooked waterfront locations around is the area of North Palm Beach. The deep water location and quick access to the ocean through the Palm Beach Inlet are the two biggest reasons to consider the waterfront properties for sale here. Jack Nicklaus calls North Palm home for these very reasons.
This home is offering 213 feet of water frontage facing Singer Island to the east. The deep water dock will accommodate a yacht to 72 feet. The house was built in 1992 with over 6,800 feet of living space with 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. Total square footage is a little over 9,100.
North Palm is often overlooked since the homes here were built before the “gated community” craze took hold and because the schools are not quite as close or convenient as they are in Jupiter. But for someone that loves to boat and does not want or need the club amenities required if you buy in a club like Admirals Cove, North Palm might be the perfect spot to start your waterfront search.
