New homes are going up everywhere in Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens. Prices start in the mid-$400,000’s for town homes and go up to over a million dollars.
Helping you determine which community is the best fit for you and your family is my job. Since I have lived here 25 years, I know the area inside and out. After our initial consultation, during which I will go through the differences in each community, we will visit the 2 or 3 communities that best fit your lifestyle. And remember that my new home rebate program can put thousands of dollars back in your pocket to help ease the costs associated with a new home.
Let’s take a look at the major new communities:
The Prado is a gated community of 127 homes on 295 wooded acres located in the NW section of Jupiter where it meets Tequesta. An important consideration though is that Prado residents do not go to Palm Beach County public schools.
Home sites range from 1 acre to 1.5 acres with floor plans starting at 3,199 square feet. Prices start in the low $800,000’s.

The community is built out, but there are some resales on the market offering “nearly new” houses with all the latest amenities. Rialto is gated and has a clubhouse but no golf course.

Jupiter Country Club is a Toll Brothers community across S.R. 706 from Sonoma Isles. In classic Toll Brothers fashion, the homes line the fairways and lakes of a signature golf course, in this case a Greg Norman Signature Course. The country club has a manned guardhouse along with 2 clubhouses, one for social events called The Palestra, the other is much bigger and is located on the north side of Indiantown Road. Carriage homes, where 4 residents share one structure sell in the mid-$500,000’s and estate homes are priced near $1 million.
