Loxahatchee River Homes: New listing in Jupiter River Estates
April 18, 2016 | Richard Sites
A new listing hit the market this morning in Jupiter River Estates which is a small collection of homes tucked up in the NW corner of Jupiter/Tequesta where they meet Jonathan Dickinson State Park. Here’s the location of the house.
The home was built in 1977 and has nearly 3,800 feet of living space with 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. There is no HOA or club membership associated with these homes. The home is listed at $2,250,000 or $594.61 per square foot. This is in line with prices posted on homes for sale in Admirals Cove.
Jupiter River Estates offers the buyer large home sites along a very quiet section of the river. This home has 100′ of river frontage. However, the location is in Martin County which, if you have been reading this blog, know that this can be a concern if you have children attending public schools.
And this section of the river does not have a gated entrance. You would have to move over to the Islands of Jupiter if you are looking for a secured entry. Home sales have been sluggish in the Islands, partly due to the fact that many of the views of the river are the “short” ones. People want “long” or “wide” views when purchasing waterfront properties.
If you are looking at waterfront properties in this area, let me show you the ones that might work best for your family. I have lived here 25 years and know the market inside and out. Call me at 561-762-4073 or use the form below.
