Lee Westwood, PGA Tour player, has listed his Palm Beach Gardens home for sale. Westwood, who ranks 54th in the world golf rankings, has two PGA Tour wins to his name and career earnings of about $ 18 million. He is expected to play at the Honda Classic.
The home, which is located in the Old Palm Golf Club, is especially appealing because of its wide, open floor plan and clean, crisp lines more suited to today’s contemporary architectural style. I listed a home in the Islands of Jupiter with this “West Indies” style and it sold in just weeks for nearly $2,500,000.
Westwood’s luxury, estate home covers nearly 10,000 square feet is listed for sale at $10,995,000. He purchased the house for $5,875,000 almost exactly 2 years ago.

Homes for sale in Old Palm on Tillinghast Circle are among the priciest in this area. The two most expensive homes for sale in Admirals Cove are priced near $9 million and even the homes in Mirasol Country Club, don’t don’t reach this price range.
