Jupiter Island home closes at nearly $700/ft.
June 24, 2015 | Richard Sites
Jupiter Island, the quiet hideaway for “old money”, offers residents unique waterfront properties and massive estates on the ocean. However, on the “back” of the island are homes that face the Intracoastal Waterway and attract residents like Lee Trevino and Greg Norman.
This house on the “back” side just closed at nearly $700 a foot. It was listed by Fenton Lang and was on the market for just 60 days before selling at just over $2 million in a cash transaction.
The 1988 home had 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with just under 3,000 square feet of living space. The lot was over 1.5 acres and has 187 feet of water frontage.
