Jonathan’s Landing: New listing on Jonathan’s Island at $2.8 million
December 22, 2015 | Richard Sites
Jonathan’s Landing, Jupiter’s most unique country club, is a collection of 1,227 homes spread over 27 distinct communities or neighborhoods. And because Jonathan’s Landing was built before land became so expensive, the developer, Alcoa, could afford to devote a lot of land to lakes and expansive views for the common enjoyment. In fact, usually about one half of the homes for sale in Jonathan’s Landing are waterfront properties. A new home just came on the market in one of the exclusive neighborhoods called Jonathan’s Island.
Built in 1993, the home is a 4 bedroom/3.5 bath design with 4,645 feet under air. The home has been extensively remodeled but the location is the main attraction here. The 17 homes on Jonathan’s Island have some of the largest lots within Jonathan’s Landing and all but 3 are waterfront. This house has 105 feet of waterfront and is priced at $602 per square foot, higher than homes for sale in Admirals Cove and those homes for sale on the Loxahatchee River.
JL, as the residents call it, is Jupiter’s most unique club for several reasons. Foremost is the fact that membership in the club is optional and also open to non-residents. Club membership is perhaps the most affordable of any club in the area. JL has 3 golf courses, one in town and two about 15 miles west.
Right now, there are 31 homes and 2 docks for sale in JL. To see any of these homes, contact me directly at 561-762-4073 or use the contact form below.
