Jonathan’s Landing Golf Club has it all

Jonathan’s Landing is one of the oldest and most diverse clubs in the Jupiter area. While not the most ostentatious, the quiet elegance belies a truly unique environment.
Located just north of Admirals Cove on the Intracoastal Waterway, the “Village” is a collection of 27 small villages. Those with single family homes have about 2 dozen homes in each. In addition to single family homes there are condos and townhouses.
Waterfront property is the name of the game in JL, with nearly half the homes for sale being located either on lakes or salt water. Condos start around $ 300,000 and waterfront estate homes run to about $ 2.5 million for those along the Intracoastal waterway.
The tallest building on the mainland in Jupiter, Southporte, is located in JL. Southporte has commanding views with only 4 units per floor.
JL has three golf courses. The Village, located in-town, and two out west in Old Trail. The Village course features a one of a kind ferry boat ride on the 17th hole. This course was designed by Tom Fazio and is the course most commonly used by members on a daily basis.
West of town you will find courses designed by Arthur Hills and Tom Fazio. Old Trail has a local reputation as a special golf course and any invitation to play these courses will quickly be accepted.
As a former, on-site real estate agent, I know JL thoroughly and can show you the best deals. Use the contact form below or contact me directly at 561-762-4073 to find out if this is the right club for you. Unlike most agents, I have lived in Jupiter for 25 years and know the market inside and out.
