Islands of Jupiter: Just sold at $2.4 million
September 19, 2015 | Richard Sites
The Islands of Jupiter is a collection of small islands in the Northwest Fork of the Loxahatchee River. Here waterfront estates provide river access and then out to the Atlantic.
I sold this home on Reach Island this week for $2.4 million.
The home was the private residence of a builder and then owned by another real estate developer. His wife, a graduate of Parsons School of Design, decorated and furnished the home. Naturally, it sold very quickly.
Inventory is very low right now so if you are considering selling, this might be the perfect time. Contact me for a confidential discussion on getting your home sold quickly and smoothly. Unlike most agents, I have lived here 25 years and know the market inside and out.
