Heritage Oaks: Home Sells in 1 Day
November 7, 2015 | Richard Sites
Heritage Oaks is a tranquil and highly desirable, gated community on the Martin County side of Tequesta. Built around a large, central lake many of the homes are lakefront. Those on the east side of the community are on the North Fork of the Loxahatchee River.
A waterfront home just sold there at $232.17 per square foot, or $625,000, which was full list price. Waterfront Properties was the listing and selling company.
Each of the homes for sale in Heritage Oaks is different , since they are all custom. This house was built in 1979 and has just a little under 2,700 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The pool home is located on a large, corner lot with a circular driveway.
Heritage Oaks has always been popular since it is located in quiet and safe Tequesta, has a manned gatehouse and oak lined streets. It also has a small clubhouse and a couple of tennis courts. If you have school age children, it is important to remember that Heritage Oaks is located in Martin County so your children will not be attending Jupiter public schools.
The community is located directly across from Jonathan Dickinson State Park so you might catch a glimpse of a deer when leaving home early in the morning. And the vast expansive of the park means it is very, very quiet in Heritage Oaks.
