Dustin Johnson Puts His Waterfront Estate on the Market at $4 Million
August 7, 2015 | Richard Sites
Dustin Johnson, PGA Tour Pro golfer, has listed his Intracoastal waterfront property for sale at $4 million. Located in the Toll Brothers gated community of Frenchman’s Harbor, the home is one of the newest waterfront, luxury homes built in this community.
The 2013 home features 4,448 square feet of living space laid out with 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The total living space is 6,283 feet. The list price is just under $900 per square foot which puts it above our riverfront homes where the median price is near $500 per foot or Admirals Cove where the median price is $447 per square foot.
The Intracoastal homes for sale in Frenchman’s Harbor are perhaps the newest luxury homes by Toll Brothers in this area. Although past developments have included Frenchman’s Reserve in Palm Beach Gardens and The Preserve in Juno Beach, Toll Brothers is currently only building in Jupiter Country Club and finishing the last of the 29 homes in The Preserve. There was such demand for Frenchman’s Harbor that Toll bought a sliver of land in Juno and built the 29 homes in The Preserve where key lots commanded a premium of up to $90,000 in lot premium.
