Admirals Cove Admirals Cove has long been Jupiter’s premier waterfront community (here’s an overview).  Located on the Intracoastal Waterway, about 6 miles of waterways provide homeowners with ocean access and a waterfront location that is second to none. A new listing just came to market at $1000 per square foot which makes it the most expensive home currently listed for sale in the community.

New homes are going up everywhere around Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens.  Massive projects like Alton, by Kolter, are bringing thousands of new residents to the area.  Even small parcels are being developed, like Shores Pointe, where 31 homes are going up. DiVosta is building close to 300 lakefront homes at Sonoma Isles west of the Town of Jupiter.  So you have infinite possibilities around here right now with prices starting in the mid-$600,000’s.  So, what is the problem? Old Palm Golf Club is one of Palm Beach Gardens most elite clubs.  It does not have the crowds of a PGA National nor the busy club scene like Mirasol, but it quietly sits behind huge, live oaks and big gates and a few privileged residents call it home.
