Bill Gates now owns entire street in Wellington

Our area is home to many celebrities and it is not unusual to see them out and about. Once, at the Palm Beach Boat Show, I ran into Ian Baker-Finch and Jasper Parnevik within 15 minutes of each other. Another client of mine has boys who played baseball with Celine Dion’s son. So it is not surprising that Bill Gates would find this area appealing too.
Rumors had been circulating for some time about Gates’ possible purchase on Jupiter Island and his acquisition of a Wellington home. Now, it is confirmed that he paid over $38 million for all the homes on a particular street in Wellington.
Wellington: For horse lovers
Wellington, located west of West Palm Beach, is a sprawling area where there is plenty of land for polo grounds, private air strips and expansive equestrian facilities. Now, by combining all 6 properties he owns 20 acres with plenty of room for his daughter’s horses.
Tony Robbins found a home along the ocean for $25 million and Kevin James has his Delray home under contract at $29 million.
