Azure: Luxury, waterfront homes in Palm Beach Gardens, selling quickly
May 30, 2015 | Richard Sites
Azure, luxury condos by Frankel Enterprises, is selling quickly on a choice spot where Donald Ross Road and Prosperity Farms Road meet the Intracoastal. This location is directly west across the water from the Toll Brothers development of Frenchman’s Harbor. With only a few waterfront locations left, Azure homes will no doubt sell quickly with Phase 1 already sold out.
In fact, there was so much demand for homes in Frenchman’s Harbor priced over $1 million, that Toll Brothers bought another piece of land on Ellison Wilson road and built The Preserve where 26 of the 29 homes are already sold.
From their website, this is how Frankel describes the project:
“Azure is a luxury “boutique” waterfront condominium located overlooking the Loggerhead Marina in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Its prime location, one mile from Juno Beach, has attracted new home buyers who are seeking an exceptionally large condominium residence within a private gated community situated on the Intracoastal Waterway. Residents will enjoy concierge services, resort-style amenities, and the option of docking a boat or yacht up to 120′ in their backyard.”
There will be 113 large, condominium residences with floor plans ranging from 2,600 to 5,300 square feet and prices from the $900’s to $2.8 million. And, of course, the 14 acre site will have a gated entrance.
