Admirals Cove or Frenchman’s Creek: What’s the difference?
April 27, 2016 | Richard Sites
Last week, I showed buyers from the UK homes for sale in Admirals Cove and Frenchman’s Creek. In addition to the homes for sale, I arranged for them to play golf, get tours of the facilities, have a massage as well as enjoy lunch. I wanted them to see the entire scope of these luxury lifestyles.
But what is the difference between Admirals Cove and Frenchman’s Creek?
Overall, it is safe to say Admirals Cove is a yachting/boating community with the waterfront activity as the main theme. Admirals Cove has long been Jupiter’s premier, waterfront community. And while Frenchman’s Creek does have 92 deep water homes, this is not the main attraction.
What sets Frenchman’s Creek apart is the unique level of 5 Star concierge service residents are offered. No detail or personal request is too small or too demanding for the staff to easily accommodate. They have been doing it for decades.
And while Admirals has different levels of membership like social, sports and tennis, there is only one level at Frenchman’s and that is total dedication to the needs and wants of the members. There are no stratas or categories here, everyone gets the complete package.
How about costs of the two clubs? Frenchman’s membership is $140,000 and Admirals is $150,000. This is in line with most of the luxury clubs in our area like BallenIsles.
One major difference between the clubs is that Frenchman’s has a beautiful, beachfront facility located just a couple of minutes away on the ocean in Juno Beach. Here, amid a tropical decor, residents and guests are treated to the same 5 Star treatment found at the main club.
