"1000 NORTH" IS LOOKING GOOD - Coastal Florida Real Estate

1000 North is a new restaurant going up on the Jupiter Inlet just west and across from the Jupiter Lighthouse.  It is of particular interest since Michael Jordan, long time Jupiter resident, is one of the owners.  Jordan lives in The Bear’s Club.

Here’s a short video by the construction company showing the work underway.

The Jupiter waterfront is booming as more and more families move into the new homes in the area.

Beginning with Riverwalk on the southern end, every foot of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Jupiter Inlet are being planned for a bustling scene.  Old time locations, like Suni Sands trailer park, are being demolished as the Town tries to import and foster a “Funky Fishing Village” atmosphere.

Of course, the location is ideal for outdoor dining with the towering Jupiter Lighthouse just across the inlet.  Even so, Bubba Gump’s failed in this location.  But now things are heating up.

On the north side of Indiantown Road, Harbourside Place has become the “go-to” spot for families with an outdoor amphitheater surrounded by dining spots like The Woods, Bravo and Tommy Bahamas.  There is also dock space for diving boats and yachts at Harbourside.

Jordan joins his buddy Tiger Woods, another long time Jupiter Island resident, whose restaurant, The Woods in Harbourside, is always packed.  It features a sleek & contemporary decor.

Across U.S. One from 1000 North, U Tiki Beach is standing room only within minutes of opening their doors at noon.  And further down the inlet, the Square Grouper is famous for live music, swaying palms, good drinks and the marina.  Go to the Grouper on a Friday night and you will have to park down the street in the Love Street parking lot and hike in where the crowd will be shoulder to shoulder.
